INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Assume position. Put the device in between the thighs, 3-6 cm from the buttocks. Close the heels. Separate tiptoes by 40 degrees.
2. Use your thigh adductor muscles to press on the device hard and slowly while the pelvic floor muscles and abdomen muscles simultaneously exert force.
3. Repeat.
