Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your delivery time significantly exceeds the maximum estimate for your country (e.g., 20 days for a 5-10 day estimate), please contact us immediately at support@ninjanew.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please use a residential or business address for delivery.
